We operate on a sliding fee scale and provide medical and dental services. It is customary to pay for professional services at the time services are rendered.

Because we are a Community Health Center, patients may apply for adjustments for their charges by bringing in their proof of income at the time of service. All uninsured patients are encouraged to enroll in an insurance plan and can do so with our onsite enrollment specialist.

We have bilingual providers and are able to communicate with our deaf and non-speaking patients through text messaging, social media, our website, and the patient portal.

Mid-Delta Health Systems has been awarded the Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition, which is the highest recognition that can be given. This required dedication and perseverance to achieve this accreditation. We will continually provide a “patient-centered medical home”, which is centered around our patients and looks at treating the “whole” person. Our team looks at the outcomes for diseases and ways to improve our screening rates. We will continually make efforts to incorporate patient education along with self-management goals at every visit.
